The Ocean Alexander 135 Megayacht is a 134.8-foot luxury tri-deck megayacht produced by renowned Taiwanese brand Ocean Alexander between 2014-2020. A collaboration between rugged Vancouver, Washington-based Christensen Shipyards, Ocean Alexander, and noted yacht designer Evan K. Mashall, the 135 is both a stunning statement yacht and a powerful workhorse ideal for longer hauls.
In profile, this yacht stuns with the graceful linearity of the outdoor decks, streamlined safety rails, and side windows soaring into the sky like a pyramid. A radar arch adds sculptural flair. The large swim platform features a transom tender garage and two short staircases leading up to the aft cockpit, which features a curved sofa and dining table with seating for eight. A full wet bar to starboard will get the party going, with no less than three barstools.
Sliding glass doors lead to the salon, where you are greeted by a portside seating area and introduced to the fresh but classically modernist character of this yacht. A mix of rich exotic and light wood elements provides a stylish contrast, while clean white upholstery on long U-shaped eight-seater sofa strikes an elegant and relaxing chord. A wet bar and a more formal forward dining area make this the perfect spot to receive your guests.
Behind the dining room bulkhead is day head and a foyer leading to the enclosed portside galley with large U-shaped dinette that gives this a country kitchen feel for the home chef while permitting professional staff to focus when needed. The forward-most portion of the main deck is dedicated to one of the standout features on this yacht: a king-sized full-beam forward owner’s suite with an intimate seating area, integrated storage, and a vanity table. The portside wet bar has a Mediterranean feel, with bar stools for up to nine guests and a conveniently-located day head.
Four further staterooms are found below deck, down a starboard companionway in the main-deck foyer. Amidships are two superb en suite double VIP cabins, while two comfortable dual twin cabins with en suites down the hall. A portside staircase in the main-deck galley leads to the forward crew quarters, with a mini galley, dinette, and three ensuite twin bunk cabins that sleep up to six.
With twin 2575hp MTU 12V 4000 M73 engines and twin Kohler 99 EOZD generators, the 135 is well-equipped to slice through water like a knife or maintain a leisurely and economical cruise – it’s all up to you.
