Yacht Sales Professional

Applicants must have serious interest in new yacht sales, brokerage sales, brokerage yacht listings, professional growth goals with the willingness to be a key part in the continued future success of Staten Island Yacht Sales.

Customer Service Manager

Staten Island Yacht Sales is the Northeast's most powerful yacht sales and brokerage firm. Come join our team! As one of our employees, you are the most important asset in our service commitment to our clients. We have prided ourselves on thoughtful, professional, and impeccable customer service since 1964.

Duties:

  • Ensure our clients receive an exceptional level of service.
  • Handle and resolve problems/complaints.
  • Follow customers yacht progress through the delivery process.
  • Maintain and update excel spreadsheets.
  • Work with manufacturers to get warranty approvals.
  • Work with technicians as work is in progress, answering questions, and troubleshooting as needed.

Skills/Experience:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment. Quick Thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Building a strong team is essential.
  • Ability to attend to numerous details under the stress of maintaining a courteous, accurate, and timely relations with a variety of individuals.

Service & Billing Coordinator

Staten Island Yacht Sales is the Northeast's most powerful yacht sales and brokerage firm. Come join our team! As one of our employees, you are the most important asset in our service commitment to our clients. We have prided ourselves on thoughtful, professional, and impeccable customer service since 1964.

Duties:

  • Greet all customers entering service office.
  • Create, maintain, and invoice all service work orders.
  • Manage collection calls on past due billings.
  • Maintain and update excel spreadsheets.
  • Update daily customer phone sheet with all service personnel. Maintain open call master list.

Skills/Experience:

  • Must have MS word, excel skills, and knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to attend to numerous details under the stress of maintaining courteous, accurate, and timely relations with a variety of individuals.
  • Must be able to make decisions and work independently.
