The Palm Beach International Boat Show has quickly become one of the top yachting events in the world and is the favorite among many boat show attendees. Whether it's the nightlife and restaurants nearby, or the abundance of easy parking, people just seem to really enjoy this show among the major South Florda events.
With Princess Yachts America's home office nearby, the Palm Beach Boat Show consistently has an excellent selection of new Princess Yachts models on display. This year will be the North American premiere of the newly re-designed Princess V50, an iconic model in the British builders range for years.
Below is the list of models that will be available to tour at the 2022 Palm Beach Boat Show. Princess Y85
With traditional Princess exterior lines, a single main deck living space, and a variety of options on board to socialize or relax, the Princess Y85 Motor Yacht is an invitation for fun on the ocean. With a contemporary design that is both exciting, yet refined, the Y85's elegance is a benchmark in modern yacht design. The spacious flybridge offers a comfortable helm with wrap-around seating on both sides of the helm seats along with a U-shaped dining area, as well as additional seating and room for a tender. Completed with a well-equipped wet bar and large aft sunpad, and Princess has transformed this space into a luxurious outdoor patio for sunbathing or dining al fresca.
Princess Y72
The all-new Princess Yachts Y72 recently made its debut and is one of the most exciting mid-range flybridge models to date. Contemporary in style and luxurious in true Princess fashion, the Y72 encompasses all of the trademark elements that have made Princess Yachts one of the most popular builders in the industry. Every space and option on the Y72 is comparable to those found on her larger Y-class siblings, such as the Y78 that was introduced in late 2019.
Princess S66
The new Princess S66 combines a sleek exterior with an exhilarating ride while driving from the upper helm on the sportbridge. Her light weight combined with the deep-v hull creates a comfortable ride at cruise while the twin MAN V12 1,400HP engines will propel the S66 to speeds up to 38 knots. The sportbridge on the is not only a great place to captain the yacht, but also for sunbathing and enjoying the magnificent views.
Princess V60
Aside from the hull shape and sleek exterior styling that the later Princess models are starting to sport, the Princess V60 has many of the same attributes as its larger sibling, the V65. The interior begins with an aft galley with a power window that opens up to the aft cockpit area. This really opens up the boat and allows anyone cooking to easily serve food and cocktails to anyone dining outside. Keeping in line with bringing the outdoors inside, the V60 also features a retractable, electric sunroof in the salon that lets in the air and sunlight. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the scenery inside including a U-shaped sofa near the helm and a L-shaped sofa with folding dining table near the galley.
Princess V55
The new Princess V55 is a striking express cruiser with powerful lines, elegant style, and lower deck accommodations that will leave everyone on board feeling rejuvenated. The latest model in the popular V-class series, the V55 has the traditional Princess look as well as performance. The standard twin Volvo D13 900HP power package on the Princess V55 results in a 34 to 36 knot speed range, while the upgraded D13 1,000HP option will add acceleration and an additional 1 to 2 knots. The efficient Volvo engines combined with the traditional V-shaped hull, and high-quality materials used in the construction process, result in a ride that is pleasant and comfortable.
Princess V50 (North American Premiere!)
From its easy piloting joystick system, to the opulent comfort of its cockpit social area, the new Princess V50 harmoniously blends everything we love about the V-class range with enhanced livability. Everything on this model is geared towards making the owner experience as convenient and easy as possible, so your day boating is about relaxing, and not focusing on the boat.
Performance is a focal point for the Princess V-class range and the V50 is no exception. The twin Volvo IPS600 440mhp engines propel this luxury craft to over 30 knots while comfortably cruising in the mid-20 knot range. The deep-v hull design effortlessly slices through waves, making your voyage a pleasant ride on the ocean.
Princess F45
The new Princess Yachts F45 Flybridge is exceptionally well-proportioned for a boat under 50' with an excellent use of space, seating, and socializing areas. The flybridge on the F45 has two side helm seats that allow the driver amazing visibility why he or she handles the twin Volvo IPS 600 engines who's combined 870hp propels you up to 31 knots. Guests riding on the flybridge can sit adjacent to the helm with a U-shaped lounge or aft on the bridge in a larger u-shaped seating area with a teak dining table. This is a wonderful area to have dinner at sunset.
