The last few months have been an exciting and accolade-filled time for SI Yachts and the new boat builders we offer to our customers. First came our recognition as the Top Princess Yachts dealer for 2020 and Sales Professional David Hallinan winning the #1 Princess Sales award. The brand-new Viking 54 Convertible was the recipient of the 'Best In Show' award at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Then the Best Of Boats Awards were held in November with the Absolute Navetta 64 taking home the Best For Travel Award, while the Prestige 420 Fly won Best For Families.
Now, the finalists for the esteemed Motor Boat & Yachting Magazine Awards for 2021 have been announced. This year will be slightly different due to the COVID situation, so the winners will be announced during a virtual ceremony held on January 19th. Stay tuned to find out who the winners are!

Flybridge Yachts Over 60-Feet
The new Prestige X70 is certainly a head-turner with its transom couch, it's incredible cockpit seating, and the enormous windows that line the main deck. But the big change in the design of this yacht is the expansion of the flybridge by removing the side-decks. Instead, guests can use a centerline staircase to move from the bow to the bridge and two additional staircases from the bridge to the cockpit. This innovation also increased the interior living space on the main deck as a result.
Cruise in total luxury, complete control, and with an unprecedented amount of picture-sized windows in the Navetta 68. Built for the yacht owner that wants to entertain, but also have the ability to enjoy their privacy while cruising, the Absolute Navetta 68 is pure Italian style. Open the sunroof in the hardtop to enjoy the stars, bask in the warm sun from the foredeck sunpads, or enjoy an evening cocktail on the spacious aft deck.
The newest model from Absolute, and already an award-winning boat, the Navetta 64 has an abundance of exciting, new features. The most intriguing new option on the "Absolute Pathfinder" is the Beach Club Terrace and VIP Suite. A canopy and deck chairs make the large platform an excellent place to enjoy the view. As you open the pneumatically sealed door, a well-equipped VIP Stateroom is introduced. The convertible sofa can easily change to a berth, there is an en suite head, full entertainment center, two wardrobes, and lots of room. Your guests will love waking up at the ocean's edge.
Flybridge Yachts Up To 50-Feet
The 47 Flybridge is called the Absolute Gateway because it is just that, your entrance into an adventurous new world. Enjoy incredible handling and agility, all controlled with a joystick, along with highly reliable Volvo Penta engines. Whether entertaining friends or setting sail with that special someone, the 47 Flybridge offers luxury, privacy, Italian style, and the comfort you would find at your own home.
Sporty, nimble, and very functional, the Prestige 420 Flybridge everything an owner could ask for in a 50-foot boat. Except, the LOA on the 420 Fly is 42' 10" and this model has way more space than you would expect. It can also be outfitted with a factory hardtop instead of the bimini. Other options include a 2-stateroom layout with the choice of having only one head or two. Powered with Cummins 6.7 435HP engines, expect a pleasant cruising speed in the lower 20-knot range.
Also nominated in this category was the 400 Fly from Galeon Yachts.
Sport Cruisers Over 40-Feet
There is no question that the new Princess V55 is nothing short of striking. The powerful deep-v hull combined with the Volvo Penta D-13 1,000HP engines propel this luxury express yacht to speeds of 37 knots. The cockpit moves flawlessly into the salon creating an open living space on board. The L-shaped seating with the teak folding table on the cockpit create a wonderful place to enjoy the view or a meal outdoors. There is a large sunpad farthest aft, as well as on the foredeck. With the level of performance and luxury that Princess produces on each model, the V55 surely has an excellent chance of winning this category.
Also nominated in this category are the S6 from Azimut Yachts and the Predator 60 Evo from Sunseeker Yachts.
