The Vanquish VQ50 is a 49-foot performance motoryacht that was launched by the award-winning Dutch yacht-building firm Vanquish in 2019. Based on the same popular format that made the VQ45 a best-seller but with 5 feet of extra length, this sleek vessel boasts a Guido de Groot-designed aluminum hull with an axe-bow and high-speed engines that will blow the competition away. An ultra-modern and assertive profile with your choice of metallic livery, a horizontal sheer and high bulwarks give this boat the look of a stealth fighter jet from afar. Yet step aboard and you will find attention-grabbing seating areas that scream comfort, with a futuristic, angular and deluxe feel throughout.
Up front there is a bow lounge with a curving sofa in your choice of leather or bespoke upholstery that sits across from a forward-facing three-seater sofa with armrests, while a cocktail table with cup-holders stands in between. This lounge connects to a sprawling forward sunpad with headrests and room for three guests to lie fully flat and soak up the summer rays. There is more opportunity for sunbathing to transom, where an elevated sunpad, again for a trio of guests, sits above a capacious storage locker ideal for your water toys and scuba gear and just up from a full-beam bathing platform.
