The Tiara 56 LS is a 56-foot outboard-powered luxury sports cruiser that was launched by the iconic Michigan-based yacht-building firm Tiara Yachts at the 2025 Miami International Boat Show. The largest outboard-powered yacht in Tiara’s storied history, this impressive watercraft boasts a striking gel-coat in a range of lively paint tones, sheer horizontal lines, expansive glazing and an undeniably sporty vibe. Tailored for entertaining and relaxation, the 56 LS also features ample below-decks rest space and the sort of punchy performance designed to reel in adrenalin-junkies.
Head out onto the foredeck where a hook-shaped, wrap-around seating lounge with edge-to-edge dimensions awaits. Lined in sedate leather-effect upholstery with cushioned backrests, the seating surrounds an extending, Hi-Lo table in glossy timber that can be fixed into place and covered with cushions to turn this area into one giant sunpad. A vast aft-deck, meanwhile, grows even bigger when you fold-down the bulwarks to create a pair of synthetic teak-lined floating terraces that expand the beam by around six feet. This creates one huge entertaining area with a pair of plush sofas, a dining table, an outdoor wet-bar with a grill and an ice-chipper, and your choice of a stern-side sofa, extra wet-bar or sports locker space down on the swim platform.
360 degrees of glazing, an overhead sunroof and slide-open glass doors to aft give the main-deck salon the feel of a glasshouse, though tinted glazing and climate-control helps to keep things cool in here. An L-shaped sofa in plush upholstery shares the space with a love-seat, while bench-seating and a companion chair face the starboard helm. Expect cutting-edge tools on the non-glare dash, such as a timber-lined power-assisted steering wheel, oversized Garmin display screens, Mercury joystick handling, a mounted compass and a slide-open skipper’s door for easy access to the side deck.
A blend of fine carpeting, upholstered wall panels and rich hardwood surrounds welcome guests to a spacious lower-deck studded with windows for plenty of natural light. Down here there are two staterooms with queen-sized island beds and attached en-suite bathrooms with shower stalls, with the amidship master cabin featuring reams of hidden locker storage beneath a pair of stylish padded sofas. Guests resting down here for the evening will also benefit from mood lighting and sound mitigation built into the hull to keep this space quiet and peaceful.
Powered by quad 600HP Mercury Verado V12 powerhead outboard motors, you can expect top speeds to blast beyond the 47-knot mark at full-throttle, while at a 23-knot cruising speed you can ride this stunning vessel for up to 365 nautical miles before refueling. Drop down to a 6.7 knot eco-cruise, meanwhile, to explore for up to 516 before your 1000-gallon fuel tank runs dry.
