The Tiara 3600 Coronet is a 38.11-foot express cruiser first launched in 2013 by renowned Michigan-based shipyard Tiara Yachts. Expansive living spaces allow owner-operators to entertain friends and family, while a robust modified V-hull offers smooth and stable handling. A popular choice on the used and charter markets, this yacht is ideal for long, fun-filled weekends.
Designed to entertain up to ten across the spacious lower and upper cockpit, the 3600 Coronet offers ample space to wine, dine, and simply catch up with old friends. A starboard transom door leads from the generous swim platform to the aft cockpit lounge, which features a long L-shaped sofa and dining table, perfect for al fresco meals. A short step up and you’ll find two aft-facing seats to port and starboard that round out the sociable layout of this space.
The pilothouse offers front-seat views of the water with a U-shaped dinette to port of the starboard helm. Guests will feel like they are part of the action, able to interact with the captain while underway. Cupholders on the forward side of the settee offer safe purchase for refreshments, while a long, removable teak table is the perfect spot for stylish indoor dining.
The well-equipped helm features a double-wide seat, Tiara EZ Tilt-Away console with two 12” displays, a navigation center with a stainless-steel steering wheel, and an optional Garmin electronics package. The composite windshield protects against corrosion or warpage, with thin pillars for improved sightlines, while a large sunroof above the helm in the optional hardtop allows fresh light and sea breezes sure to impress your guests. A nearby sink, wet bar, grill, and a locker for a television are tantalizing additional options.
The lower deck features not one but two cabins with double berths. The forward owner’s suite, featuring a double island bed, is eminently private, hidden behind two stylish bi-fold doors. Tucked under a floating companionway, the cozy amidships guest cabin also benefits from a sense of privacy. A forward hatch and four opening portholes make this space truly liveable. Nearby, the full starboard head is a veritable oasis whose standout features is the separate shower with teak seat.
The small portside galley is fully-outfitted with a with a Corian countertop, convection/microwave oven, stainless-steel sink, refrigerator, a one-burner electric cooktop, and upper and lower storage. A settee and optional teak table converts to another berth with a privacy curtain.
The 3600 Coronet is powered by two standard 375hp Mercury gas engines or optional 380hp dual Cummins diesel engines that reach top speeds of over 31 knots. A more economical cruise speed of about 27 knots offers a much wider range of 368nm and a fuel economy of over 23gph.
