The Riva 82 Diva is an 83-foot luxury motor yacht with a flybridge that was launched by the iconic Italian yacht-building firm Riva in 2023. A combined design effort between the in-house Riva team, Ferretti engineers and naval stylists Officina Italiana, the end result is a startling and futuristic flybridge cruiser unlike any other. Geometric and faceted lined in carbon-fiber with a sheer metallic luster combine with expansive structural glazing, sharp angles and Robocop aesthetics for a cutting-edge and contemporary look. Boasting one of the largest flybridges in its class at 430-square foot, a pair of minimalist al-fresco lounges on the main-deck and stylish indoor retreats, this is the perfect option for impressing guests and onlookers alike as you tour the Mediterranean.
Lined in teak with a floating hard-top overhead, this low-slung sunbridge boasts room to work on your tan to front and to aft, with day-beds, sunpads and oversized ottomans available as you soak up the rays. Across the center of the bridge there is an L-shaped sofa, a bespoke dining table and a walk-in wet-bar with full galley facilities like refrigeration, an outdoor grill and an ice-chipper, ideal for keeping guests fed and hydrated. An upper helm on this level looks set to come complete with a pair of leather-lined piloting seats and all of the latest instrumentation, including touch-screen MFDs and power-steering.
Down on the foredeck there is a secluded open-air lounge with plenty of privacy thanks to high bulwarks and a sunken floor. Expect a Portuguese Bridge-style sofa in plush aquamarine along with a pair of angular sunpads and a cozy loveseat positioned right up against the bow. Head to stern for an unforgettable beach-club experience that is enhanced by twin fold-out bulwarks that dramatically increase the space back here and which can be used as floating cocktail terraces or even as side dive platforms. In the 380-square foot cockpit there is an elevated sunpad that sits atop a stern garage capable of hosting an 11-foot jet tender and a Seabob, along with a set of ocean-facing sofas and a dining table.
It seems like everywhere you look in the main-deck salon there are sheer glass walls that can slide right open to fully let the maritime elements in. This space is slated to be lined in deluxe materials with lavish detailing and an understated contemporary vibe that represents the very latest in modish Italian design. You will find a galley and a breezy salon with a set of sofas, as well as a more formal dining area for memorable evening meals. Up front there is a second helm station with immense visibility and easy access to the side-decks via sliding glass doors.
Three en-suite staterooms for up to six overnight guests on the lower-deck are joined by one mammoth full-beam and en-suite owner’s suite, with cabins on this level boasting cinema-screen hull glazing, timber-lined storage and spa-like bathrooms. There’s also a crew quarters for two accessed via a private stairwell.
Powered by twin 1900HP MAN V12 engines, you will enjoy pulsating top speeds of up to 31 knots and a smooth cruising speed of 27 knots.
