The Princess V58 model has proven so popular with clients since production began in 2002 that Princess has never stopped building these impressive 59-foot sportsbridge motoryachts. Crafted in collaboration with industry icon Bernard Olesinski, the V58 comes in either enclosed bridge or open bridge models, and the latter having been crowned “Best Sportscruiser Over 45 Foot” at the 2017 Motor Boat Awards held in London. Steering is just as impressive, with tunnelled propellers between chine and keel eliminating tail slippage, and electronic controls providing the sort of agility you would normally expect from a jet-ski. Owner-operators will be able to pilot the Princess V58 in a safe and efficient manner due to the use of GPS Chartplotter and Raymarine systems at the helm, ensuring security in both blue-water conditions and in marinas. Along with all other Princess yachts in the V-class, the V58 has been awarded with Rina Green Plus status for its environmentally friendly and sustainable performance.
After powering out to the Florida Keys or perhaps Mallorca and enjoying all of the entertainment space this yacht has to offer, guests may be surprised to discover that below deck is as spacious as a long-distance trawler. A secondary living space with a centre-piece circular table and round, fitted sofa to port lead to two master staterooms, one below-helm and another at the bow. Along with crew quarters and a separate cabin that can accommodate bunk beds, this provides for a total of 7 overnight guests. Porthole windows on the first V58s provide plenty of natural light, while knife-insert windows and skylights on the newer editions offer a breezy and open feel.
