The Pershing 5X is a 54.1-foot sportscruiser launched by the Ferretti-owned Italian brand at the 2016 Cannes Yachting Festival. Though one of the smaller models offered by Pershing, the 5X is a responsive, agile yacht perfect for the entry level buyer and connoisseur alike, with two punchy engine options that each offer a max cruising range of over 28onm with 2,200-liter fuel tanks: two 725hp Volvo IPS950s with Z-drives and counter-rotating propellers that reach top speeds of 35 knots, or twin 1,000hp CAT 12.9 surface drives for an even faster max of 45 knots.

Below deck are two well-appointed cabins, including a full-beam amidships owner’s suite and a VIP guest cabin with double bed at the bow, each of which are serviced by ensuite bathrooms. The owner’s cabin is particularly comfortable, with its own separate two-person dining table for private, quiet meals or morning coffee. The VIP ensuite has a separate entrance that also serves as a day head. On the standard model, a galley (complete with two-zone Siemens stove, oven, and a refrigerator) is located starboard with a dinette to port, though there is an option to add an extra guest cabin or crew quarters. Space for a freezer or washing machine is located beneath the stairs leading below deck.
