The Ferretti 1000 is a 98-foot luxury superyacht launched by Italian yacht-building legend Ferretti in 2026. The biggest vessel ever conceived and built by the shipyard, the Ferretti 1000 is the firm’s new flagship and represents a bold new chapter for one of Europe’s most celebrated boat builders. This is a yacht with a daring and assertive presence on the water, yet the 1000’s colossal size is tempered by sheer horizontal lines, blade-sharp angles, and expansive shimmering glass for a surprisingly svelte and streamlined look. Designed in partnership with industry icon Filippo Salvetti and interior specialists IdeaeItalia, this yacht impresses with its restrained Italian opulence and breezy use of space. The 1000 is ideal for explorers, who will love the sense of independence and freedom afforded by this craft’s ambitious oceangoing capabilities.

There are five distinct zones that sweep across the teak-lined sun-deck, with an open-air sun-terrace that features conversation sofas and sunpads to aft, a bow lounge with a modular sun-lounge unit for up to four sun-seekers ahead of the pilothouse, and a forward lounge by the double-height bow with a pair of L-shaped sofas the very best spots to soak up the rays. Across the central section of the sun-deck, meanwhile, there’s a shaded relaxation zone with seating and a dining table, as well as a walk-in, stone-lined summer kitchen with refrigeration options and a chunky double grill capable of sizzling plump lobster tails and juicy sirloin steaks. Ahead of this there’s four piloting seats facing a companion console and a starboard helm with Simrad electronics, superb visibility and comprehensive navigational tools. Drop down through a pair of watertight glazed doors into the pilothouse to find a moody and focused space with a map desk and a pair of Poltrona Frau captain’s seats facing a non-glare dash with four 24-inch Simrad touchscreens, a Simrad Loop System, a Twindisc E-steer steering wheel, Side Power bow and stern thruster controls, an integrated MTU joystick, FLIR night vision feedback, a Humphree Interceptor system and switches for a set of stabilizers.
Guests on the main deck are likely to head straight for the 430-square foot beach club, where a sheltered aft deck with a bespoke fold-out dining table, a pair of modular sofas with a space-age vibe and a tinted glass transom wall look out over a full-beam hydraulic swim platform to stern. Right next to the swim platform there’s also a stern-side lounge-sofa for sun-bathing with the waves lapping at your feet, as well as a hidden transom garage, roughly 64% bigger than those found on comparable yachts, that can host a pair of high-powered jet-tenders and all your water-toys.
Interiors on the 1000 come in two styles, classic and contemporary, with both options illuminated by ultra-widescreen windows, wide plank authentic timber floorboards, mood lighting, fluted wall panels and tasteful space-making that balances comfort and ergonomics with intuitive movement across deck. Sliding glass doors with steel handles can be swept open to let the maritime air circulate within a tasteful lounge with low-slung contemporary sofa, a media console and a dining table for ten, while floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to both sides open up for access to side-decks with dramatic cutaway gunwales to enhance your views. Further forward there’s an enclosed kitchen lined in your choice of stone, which separates the living space from the main deck owner’s stateroom, a lavish full-beam affair with an entrance lobby, a work-desk, seating options, a walk-in closet, a king bed and an en-suite lined in gold-veined marble with a wet-room shower. There are four more en-suite double staterooms on the lower deck with plush surrounds and horizontal hull windows, bringing the total overnight occupancy to ten guests, with a separate crew quarters on this level housing up to five members of staff.
Powered by two 2638HP MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, you can expect top speeds to hit an impressive 28 knots at full-throttle, while at a 24-knot cruising speed you will dominate the waves and journey for up to 300 nautical miles before exhausting your 2,378-gallon fuel tank. Crafted out of fiberglass and carbon-fiber with a fast-planing hull, a category-A rating and a draft of well over seven feet, this is a sturdy, robust and imperious performer precision-engineered for both oceanic voyages and coastal cruising.
