The Azimut Seadeck 6 Sundeck is a flybridge edition of the best-selling Seadeck 6 motor yacht that was launched in 2025 by the prestigious Italian yacht-building brand Azimut. This sleek vessel retains the sheer monolithic form, contemporary styling and wave-slicing vertical bow of its predecessor but adds open-air, elevated living to the mix for a sun-kissed approach to cutting-edge cruising. Designed by industry icon Alberto Mancini, this sharp, smart and swift model also happens to be one of the most eco-friendly ever built by Azimut. A light-weight carbon-fiber body, the sustainable use of materials, futuristic engines and innovative on-board systems welcome clients to Azimut’s new Gentle Era in style.
The discreet flybridge is surrounded by nothing more than steel guardrails and tinted windscreen glazing for an enhanced connection with the sea and the sun, and up here you can expect a plush, low-slung casbah-style lounge sofa as well as an elevated helm station that utilizes an oversized touch-pad with bigger dimensions that many HD televisions. Take the steel ladder back down to transom to find a modern aft-deck with a sofa, a dining table and room for a wet-bar console that connects to a Fun Island to aft. This rear space reinvents the beach-club concept by eliminating the transom wall to craft a sprawling single-level living space to stern with fold-down bulwarks and an extended swim platform to stern. In this vast floating relaxation space there is a modular seating console that can be used as a sofa or as a deluxe sunpad with amenities like sports storage and refrigeration hidden under the cushions. Don’t forget to take the side-decks all the way to the foredeck, where yet more innovative seating options await, this time with immense views out beyond the bow.
Breezy and contemporary interior treatments have been crafted by designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez to create a sense of laid-back well-being. Sustainable materials include cork, Econyl, recycled wood lattice, reused plastics and woven-thread paneling, while deluxe accents include pale oak, fluted timber, off-white carpeting and expansive, wrap-around glazing. Upon entry there is a discreet galley kitchen with amenities hidden beneath a hard-top work surface, while ahead of this there’s space for a curvaceous L-shaped sofa and a fold-out table. Down on the lower-deck there are atmospheric sleeping quarters for up to six, with a starboard twin and a VIP double by the bow sharing a chic bathroom. A full-beam owner’s stateroom features widescreen windows, a queen-sized bed, a side-sofa, walk-in closet space and an en-suite with a shower cubicle, while a separate a crew quarters sits to aft.
The Seadeck 6 Sundeck’s main helm is positioned to starboard in the salon, and features a slew of modern navigational tools on a slick non-glare dashboard. Premium engine options include a trio of 480HP Volvo Penta IPS 650 pod-drive motors for top speeds of up to 31 knots and a smooth 22 knot cruising speed. A fuel tank holding 634 US gallons allows for a maximum range of over 300 nautical miles at a lower cruising pace of 18.5 knots.
