The Azimut Seadeck 9 is a coupe-style motoryacht set to be released by celebrated Italian yacht firm Azimut in 2026. While details of this much-anticipated model, and future flagship of the Seadeck range, are currently under-wraps, Azimut have released enough teasers to build an immense sense of anticipation for this exciting model. A super-sleek exterior designed by Alberto Mancini boasts a sheer monolithic form, blade-like aesthetics, a wave-slicing vertical bow and wrap-around tinted glazing for a minimalist and contemporary feel. Interiors and living spaces are the work of Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, who match the futuristic profile with a pared-back and modern approach to relaxed life at sea. Built with sustainability in mind, this eco-friendly vessel will take its cues from previous Seadeck models to utilize light-weight carbon-fiber and innovative diesel-electro hybrid engines to reduce emissions by up to 40% when compared to equivalent yachts from other brands.
You can expect a sun-kissed flybridge crowning this model, with options like sunpads, lounge sofas and outdoor dining all on the agenda. Down on the main-deck there is a secluded foredeck lounge surrounded by high-bulwarks with a set of low-slung seating options perfect for discreet al-fresco socializing. To aft there is a sprawling Fun Island comprising a cascading sequence of teak-lined and tiered living spaces devoid of transom walls so that you can seamlessly go from enjoying outdoor meals to swimming in the ocean in mere seconds. Up top there is a broad aft-deck with a pair of sedate sofas surrounding a bespoke dining table, while fold-out cocktail terraces drop down to radically expand the usable space out here. A pair of sun-loungers with pop-up headrests sit either side of a striking infinity plunge-pool to transom, while two sets of steps lead down to a stern-side sun-terrace with yet more sun-loungers and space to unwind. Finally, there is a hydraulic Transformer-style swim platform to stern that folds out to offer a beach-club experience at the water-level with a submersible swimming ladder attached.
Interiors boast environmentally-friendly and recyclable materials such as cork, flax and woven-thread wall panels for a sense of well-being while aboard, while luxury comes in the form of extensive sofas and Ottomans, sophisticated bar facilities, panoramic side windows, sliding glass doors to the rear and generous dimensions. On the main-deck there is set to be a stylish salon, galley facilities and a helm station, while down on the lower-deck there will be overnight capacity for the whole family with a slew of sedate cabins boasting spa-like en-suite facilities.
A powerful set of diesel-electric Volvo Penta IPS pod-drive hybrid engines are set to propel the Seadeck 9 to competitive top speeds, while greatly reduced emissions keep your immediate environment clean while also delivering best-in-class cruising efficiency.
