To stern, meanwhile, there is a full-beam, teak-lined swimming platform, with a choice to make this fully hydraulic, from where you can enjoy warm-water bathing or lower your modern water tender into the sea. A raised, triple-width sunpad in waterproof leatherette sits directly above the platform and connects to a hook-shaped transom sofa with backrests and a breakfast table in the aft-cockpit. A glazed awning above this space makes it one of the sunniest on the market, while a pop-up BBQ grill and mini bar to starboard ensure you do not have to step foot indoors to prepare delicious food and sophisticated drinks.
Though the main-deck salon is enclosed at the rear by sliding glass doors you could easily be fooled into thinking you were sitting under open skies thanks to plentiful side glazing and a mammoth, mullioned sunroof that slides away at the touch of a button. As is common on Absolute models of this generation, the galley is found to aft for convenient service to the outside, and features white Corian counter-tops, a two-zone hob, a combination oven, a full-height fridge-freezer tower, plenty of stabilised storage, a stainless-steel sink, a wine rack and an optional ice-chipper. A few steps forward bring you to a light oak-lined salon with a U-shaped sofa and a loveseat surrounding a bespoke coffee table, as well as the starboard helm station. A leather-clad piloting chair faces a mounted steering wheel, a pair of Raymarine display screens, thruster controls, a Penta joystick and a Volvo Active Trim system.

A single crew quarters to the rear will please many a member of staff thanks to its own head, a set of bright mullions and ample storage.
A pair of 435MHP Volvo Penta IPS600 diesel engines fire this yacht to top speeds of almost 37 knots, with comfortable cruising speeds of around 30 knots. Even at this quick cruising pace you can expect a range of over 250 nautical miles, while those who want a bit of extra bite will be intrigued by the possibility of adding a third Penta engine to this model.
