The Sanlorenzo SL86 is a spectacular 87-foot luxury flybridge motoryacht first released by Italian yacht firm Sanlorenzo in 2016. Based on an earlier 2015 model, this vessel was restyled a year later by Officina Italiana Design and is still in production today. SI Yachts can assist you in finding the right Sanlorenzo Yacht for sale that is available on the brokerage market.
A large swim platform leads to an innovative tender garage, which is large enough to house a 12’7” tender, but can be extended to allow space for a bigger dayboat, PWCs and other water toys. Up to stairways on either side of the garage, the aft cockpit, sheltered by the flybridge overhang, is sure to impress. This spot features comfortable seating around a low coffee table, perfect for catching up with old friends. Through a two-panel sliding glass door, you’ll find the sedate, stylish salon. Resembling a penthouse living room, this space features a comfortable starboard L-shaped sofa with low-profile cabinetry to starboard just beneath one of the large windows that surround the main deck, suffusing the interior with natural light. Just forward, you’ll find a large formal dining table that seats eight.
The enclosed galley is located on the main deck down a hallway and to starboard. Amenable to professional chefs and home cooks alike, this space features a four-burner Miele cooktop and convection oven, a double-door Sub-Zero fridge, stainless sink with drying board. Crew can access the galley via a pantograph door from the starboard deck. The lower helm is situated forward from the galley and features a single helm seat with a starboard dinette for companions or crew to interact with the captain.
Accommodation is located below deck, with three guest cabins and a crew area in addition to the spectacular full-beam owner’s suite situated aft. Stainless-steel framed hull windows allow this space to breathe, filtering in gentle light. The en suite bathroom is concealed by two smoked glass sliding doors. Upon entering, owners will be delighted by two sinks – perfect for couples – beneath windows and a large, luxurious shower. A separate entrance to the toilet adds an extra sense of privacy.
A guest cabin with two twin beds can be positioned to port or starboard, according to the owner’s preference. In either configuration, this cabin benefits from an en suite bathroom. Forward and to starboard is the VIP suite, with hull windows behind the bed and an en suite bathroom that make this space almost as plush as the owner’s cabin. The crew area is located forward at the bow, with two twin bunk cabins, a large head, and a social space.
The flybridge on this yacht is an ode to authentic luxury, with chic modular furniture on the aft deck from long, plush settees and a coffee table to a stylish dining table for eight sheltered beneath the hardtop. A nearby wet bar with a sink, icemaker, barbecue, and optional refrigerator offer everything you need to rustle up dinner and cocktails. Just forward, you’ll find a helmstation with two bolstered seats facing a gray fiberglass instrument panel with three multi-function display screens and state-of-the-art navigation equipment. At the bow, there is plenty of seating around a stylish table to enjoy a morning espresso with friends and family.
The forward upper helm features a long, futuristic panel with plenty of room for state-of-the-art electronics of your choice. A large, tall windshield wraps around the hardtop to provide the captain with excellent lines of sight.
The SL86 can be equipped with a choice of two powerful engines: two standard 1822hp MTU engines with max speeds of 30 knots and a cruising speed of 25 knots, or, for those who want a little more pep in their step, two 1947hp MTU engines that top out at 32 knots and offer a comfortable 27-knot cruise.
