The Horizon E100 is a 99-foot luxury motoryacht with a flybridge that was launched by the iconic Taiwanese yacht-building company Horizon in 2023. A classic European exterior has been crafted by Swedish stylist John Lindblom, who has opted for fine lines, a plumb bow, half-moon glazing and rounded curves to give this vessel a streamlined look. A high-performance fiberglass hull with a wave-slicing entry and a class-A certification has been primed for offshore voyages and island-hopping alike, while a series of modern, minimalist and pared-back exterior living spaces combine with vast interior zones boasting a deluxe and decadent vibe.
Pick between two possible layouts on the flybridge, with a fully-open aspect or an enclosed skydeck available. Either way you can anticipate sun-kissed afternoons spent out on an aft sun-terrace where there is room for tender storage with a hydraulic davit, wet-bar facilities and a plush L-shaped sofa surrounding a trapezoidal, timber-lined table. Further forward you will find a pair of L-shaped sofas and a walk-in wet-bar lined in marble or granite on the open edition, or a climate-controlled pilothouse with an indoor dining sofa, a day-head and plenty of cabinet space on the skydeck model. Both versions of the E100 feature the main-helm on this level, with a couple of Stidd helm seats facing a modern dashboard with power-steering, up to four Garmin touch-screens, engine monitoring systems, a high-speed compass, twin VHF receivers, joystick handling and digital throttles.
A sloping foredeck provides the perfect spot to work on your tan with a double-width sunpad and a C-shaped forward sofa ideal for secluded aperitifs. To aft there is a teak-lined shaded cockpit with a transom sofa, a dining table and a walk-in wet-bar, while curving side-steps lead to a bathing platform with access into the crew quarters. The main-deck salon impresses with dark exotic hardwoods in a high-gloss finish, lavish carpeting, plush upholstery, paneled ceilings and picture-frame side windows. A sprawling lounge area with an array of seating options leads into a semi-open, live-aboard kitchen with a double steel sink, a multi-zone stovetop, a combination oven, capacious refrigeration, granite surfaces and plenty of room to entertain as you cook. There’ll also be room for up to two dining tables on this level depending on the layout, with a forward dining booth benefitting from dramatic sloping mullion windows.
Up to eight guests will enjoy peaceful sleeping quarters down on the lower-deck, where four en-suite cabins feature generous hull-glazing, ample storage and plenty of head height. A pair of twins amidship share the front half of the hull with a VIP double stateroom by the bow, while a full-beam master stateroom sits to aft. This glorious cabin boasts a king-sized bed, room for a side sofa or more storage, a walk-in closet and two granite or marble lined bathrooms linked by a vast wet-room shower.
Powered by twin 1600HP Caterpillar C32A diesel engines, you should expect competitive top speeds of around 20 knots at full-throttle. Thanks to a fuel capacity of 4,500 gallons you can expect to stay offshore all week long at lower cruising speeds, while a relatively shallow draft of just 6-feet on this watercraft makes it a good option for exploring those coastal waters, too.
