The Horizon CC115 is a 115-foot superyacht that was launched by iconic Taiwan-based yacht-building company Horizon in 2018. Crafted in partnership with industry legend Cor D. Rover, this mammoth vessel boasts sleek lines, graceful curves, expansive glazing and a host of stylish outdoor spaces. A wave-slicing fiberglass hull has been optimized for offshore voyages, while interiors make the very best use of the sheer space on offer by presenting a graceful, elegant and modern theme throughout.
The vast upper-level is split between an outdoor lounge on the bridge and an enclosed, climate-controlled pilothouse for focused work at the helm. To aft there is space for tender storage with a davit or the option for extras like a low-slung sofa or a jacuzzi plunge-pool. Further forward and sitting under a floating hard-top you can expect a formal dining table for ten, a walk-around wet-bar with stools, an ice-chipper, marbled surfaces and a grill, while further forward there’s extra seating and a compact outdoor helm station. Head into the pilothouse to discover an L-shaped sofa, a map-desk, a Stidd helm seat and goodies like power-steering, Garmin MFD screens, thruster controls, VHF radio, ABT stabilizer switches and more.
A lavish, teak-lined foredeck impresses with one of the largest sunpad zones on the market today. Split between two vast modular areas, there is space for up to eight guests to simultaneously soak up the rays, while down toward the bow there are a pair of L-shaped sofas with matching cocktail tables. Yet more space in the aft-deck provides guests with dining options and a large transom sofa, while side-steps lead down to a full-beam bathing platform with a hydraulic lift system for your tender and a garage door that opens up to reveal a water-level beach club or crew quarters.
Sliding glass doors open up to reveal a free-flowing main-deck with floor-to-ceiling glazing that pairs well with the cutaway gunwales to offer astonishing views. Interiors are subject to customization, but options include white-washed walls, grey and silver-toned timber surrounds, a Listone Giordano wood sole, authentic marble, fluted carpeting, genuine brown leather, and a contemporary and minimalist vibe throughout. You can expect a pair of sofas and a host of Ottomans or armchairs in here, while further forward there is a bespoke dining table for up to twelve guests. A service and galley area with high-end appliances separates the salon from a best-in-class, full-beam owner’s stateroom at the front of this deck. Pass through an entrance lobby, an office and a walk-in closet to find a room with seating, a vanity station, a king-sized bed, upholstered wall panels and a full-beam double bathroom with a wet-room shower.
On the lower-deck there is overnight space for up to eight guests across four en-suite cabins, with each room boasting generous closet space. A pair of twins and two double staterooms are joined on this level by a fully private crew quarters for four members of staff with its own dining and bathroom facilities.
Powered by a pair of 1600HP Caterpillar C32 ACERT diesel engines, you can expect top speeds to edge over the 17 knot mark, while at a cruising speed of 12 knots you will be out on the water for the long-haul thanks to a fuel capacity of up to 5,550 gallons.
