With the galley, cockpit, helm, and salon all located on the main deck, the 45 Cantius maintains an open, free-flowing atmosphere bustling with activity, whether you’re cooking up a sophisticated meal, enjoying sunset drinks on the bow lounge, or catching up with old friends in the cockpit. Stereos in the salon, cockpit, and at the helm allow resident DJs to set the soundtrack to your adventure. Out on the bow, you’ll find large, luxurious lounge pads ideal for soaking up the sun.
One look at the integrated cockpit and it is clear the brand has put maximum thought and care into designing the perfect party hub. Wraparound seating converts to a stately sunlounge with bolsters for and aft, while two removable cockpit tables provide the perfect spot for tapas or charcuterie. An ice chest to starboard is ideal for storing provisions from ice (of course), beers, or cold cuts, while a hot/cold shower allows you to rinse the salt from your hair after a day out on the water. An optional grill, refrigerator, and barstools facing the galley can only enhance the entertainment possibilities aboard.
The aft-facing galley features a two-burner electric stove, microwave/convection oven, a fridge-freezer, a sink with a nifty spray faucet, and a 32-inch flat screen TV. A fold-out window aft opens the galley up to the cockpit, so you’ll rarely have to choose between indoor and outdoor living. A large built-in liquor cabinet allows you to safely store all your cocktail supplies.
The bright, airy salon is the heart of this boat, tying together the outdoor areas while remaining at one with the elements thanks to large side windows which invite in natural light. In addition to a plush loveseat opposite the galley, a spacious and comfortable dinette can be found forward and to port of the helm, allowing diners to interact freely with the captain.
Below deck, the forward master stateroom offers a large queen berth with cedar-lined closets for your wardrobe. An iPod port with a remote allows you to set the moon, while an en suite bathroom provides a sense of privacy and sanctuary. The aft VIP suite is sure to delight guests, with a queen bed, portside settee, and a side lounger with foot rests. While this cabin shares access to the day head, it has its own separate access, so there is no need to leave the cabin in the middle of the night. For those longer voyages, a discreet utility cabinet with washer and dryer can be found amidships.
In terms of power, owners can expect twin Volvo Penta IPS 500 diesel engines to reach max speeds of 31.7mph with a more comfortable cruising speed of 24mph.
