The Bertram 410 Convertible is a 43-foot convertible sportfishing yacht that was produced by the Florida-based boat-building firm Bertram Yachts between the years of 2006 and 2010. Sleek and ready for business, this yacht boasts a classic Bertram profile with a slight flare to the bow, curvaceous lines, dynamic glazing and the addition of a raised flybridge. Capable of being used as a weekend cruiser for the family or as a dedicated fishing machine, the 410 Convertible is the perfect option for laid-back voyages or intense fishing sessions alike.
You can equip this vessel with a tuna-tower for an unbeatable fishing experience, though elevated views are also on offer up on the flybridge, where a floating hardtop provides a good level of shade. Up here you will discover the boat’s main-helm, an ergonomic piece of kit with Teleflex electronic steering, Simrad AP26 autopilot, a Raymarine E120 display screen, Icom VHF radio, a high-speed compass and room for extras like a fish-finder or depth-sounder. Two custom-built helm chairs face the controls, while a snug forward lounge sits ahead of the dashboard and boasts room for a comfortable C-shaped wrap-around sofa that surrounds a cocktail table.
Down in the aft-cockpit you will find a floor-plate for the fighting chair of your choice, alongside standard equipment like a dedicated bait-and-tackle station, a transom lift-gate, a transom livewell, an in-sole macerated fishbox, an Eskimo icechipper, Rupp outriggers, a set of raised rocket launchers, flush rod-holders in the gunwale, a self-draining deck, a wash-down hose and a teak or fiberglass finish. A glazed door leads into the main deck salon, a cherry-lined space with a teak and holly sole, mood lighting and plush beige upholstery throughout. There is an L-shaped sofa with a bespoke timber coffee table to port, with room for a loveseat or a further large dining sofa to starboard. At the front of this space, you will encounter a walk-in galley with a two-zone Ceran hob, Corian work surfaces, a GE microwave, under-counter chilled storage and plenty of storage space.
Head down to the lower deck and enjoy spacious sleeping quarters for up to four guests, with a twin cabin located amidships and benefiting from an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, a sink and mirrored cabinets. The other head on this level comes with its own shower cubicle and is linked to the master stateroom located up by the bow. In here you can expect a double bed, twin timber-lined closets and a skylight.
Though boasting a signature Bertram deep-V hull, this model also features prop pockets and a pair of 540HP Cummins OSC8.3 diesel inboards, with upgrades to a twinset of 600HP Cummins motors also possible. You can expect top speeds well in excess of 30 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 24 knots. At this lower speed you will enjoy a weekend-long range of 286 nautical miles, the perfect distance to explore fish-rich feeding grounds and treasure islands alike.
