The Benetti B.Yond 37M is a 121-foot luxury explorer yacht that was launched by renowned Italian yacht firm Benetti in 2022. Designed by industry legend Stefano Righini and crafted out of steel and aluminum, this voyager yacht will not only take you on transatlantic journeys but do it in style, too. A triple-height, wave-piercing bow entry and an assertive profile are joined by wrap-around glazing and curved design touches that hark back to the golden age of yachting. Living spaces, meanwhile, compete with the very best contemporary design to be found on the megayachts in Monte Carlo marina, with a minimalist and restrained theme allied with at-home touches for long-range, at-sea living.
Five decks of exquisite living space are crowned by a towering skybridge with only a floating hard-top separating you from the summer sunshine. Up here you will encounter a rear sunpad lounge, a forward upper helm and an al-fresco dining table with an outdoor galley. Head down one level and there is an outdoor lounge on the bridge deck with a sofa, an extending bespoke coffee table, armchairs and a set of aft-sun lounges. An enclosed compartment at the front of the bridge deck houses a captain’s quarters and a private wheelhouse with a subdued vibe, excellent visibility and all of the very latest in navigational technology.
The upper deck impresses with a secluded foredeck lounge comprised of decadent armchairs and a set of modular sunpads surrounding a large jacuzzi spa-pool with views out across the bow. To aft, meanwhile, there is a sun terrace with a poker table, a pair of sofas, plenty of ottomans and breezy dimensions. Heading into the upper lounge via a set of steel-framed sliding glass doors you will discover a free-flowing layout without bulkheads that joins together a forward dining room and a rear living room with a cognac bar and plenty of plush seating. You can expect to find elegant design motifs here, while lavish materials include pale oak, tempered glass, fluted timber cabinets, bronze accents and marble surfaces, all superbly framed by floor-to-ceiling glazing.
An aft-cockpit on the main deck can be fitted with a transom sofa, but most guests will head to stern via a set of port-side steps to a hydraulic bathing platform that connects to a water-level beach club. The main deck is largely given over to sleeping quarters, with four en-suite staterooms on this level enjoying generous dimensions, plenty of storage and queen-sized beds. Up front is a fifth cabin, a full-beam owner’s stateroom, where lucky guests will enjoy a private lounge, a work-desk, a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, a wet-room shower and a pair of sinks in polished white marble. A side entry garage on this level delivers enough space for a luxury watercraft, a jet-tender and a pair of jet-skis with room to spare for watersports equipment. On the lower deck you will find a huge service area and galley, fully equipped for keeping you replenished on long-haul adventures, while there is also room for an on-board gym and a crew quarters for up to eight members of staff with its own facilities.
Powered by dual MAN V12 1450HP diesel engines, you can expect top speeds of 14 knots at full-throttle, with cruising speeds of 10 knots delivering a globe-trotting range of 5,000 nautical miles. The B.Yond 37M also features a hybrid E.Mode system for eco-friendly cruising linked to a set of Siemens ELGA electric motors. Using this system you can glide along at 9 knots for an astonishing 8,000 nautical miles, making this the ideal yacht for low-impact voyages across all the seven seas.
