Replaced both port and starboard engine power trim assemblies in 2018. ($7,000 installed)
Replaced both port and starboard trim sender sensors in 2018.
Brand New lower unit on the port motor (covered under warranty) installed September 2020.
Spark plugs, engine oil, gear lube, thermostats, poppet valves, water pumps, changed every season.
300-hour service completed this year (new timing belts, etc.)
New freshwater flush receptacles on each motor.
New rubber boots on the supercharger air intake in 2020. Preventative maintenance – these can corrode and cause fluctuations in RPMs or loss of power and efficiency, etc. if they degrade and the seal breaks, among other problems.
Engine cowlings were professionally repainted in Spring 2021 with all new decals. ($3,000)
New stainless steel Rev 4 Props – 14 5/8 Diameter; 17 Pitch (new in 2017/2018)
New prop hub kits installed in 2017/2018 and again in 2020 preventatively.
New power steering lines were installed from the top of the transom to the power steering cylinder (roughly 1 foot long each) as preventative maintenance.
A new automatic power switch (APS) was installed in 2020 – this tells the motors which battery to draw power from. For those of you who aren’t familiar with mercury steering systems, it has a standalone power steering pump/motor/reservoir and it draws power every time the steering wheel is turned; the APS will always pull power from the battery with the most juice. Preventative maintenance.
Replaced the original power steering pump in Sep 2020 with the latest and greatest Mercury Power Steering pump – after years of using the same pump, Mercury came out with a brand new pump in 2020 (see service bulletin 2020-04) - ($2,000.00 upgrade)
Remove and replaced all fuel lines and hose clamps in 2018.

Onboard battery charger
12 Volt Receptacles:
Replaced both 12-volt receptacles – one on the helm and one inside the center console (2018)
New in 2019 – replaced the existing outrigger setup with new Taco Grand Slam 280 Top mount 1 ½ Silver 18' telescoping Outriggers (base and mounts replaced) - ($3,000 upgrade)
Replaced all rode in 2018 with 50 feet of 5/16ths Stainless Steel G40 windlass chain which is spliced to 350 feet of 5/8ths 8 plait nylon rope.
Replaced the anchor with a New OEM Stainless 25lb plow style anchor ($1,215)
Also includes a stainless steel anchor swivel (connects the chain to the anchor)
Fish & Storage Box Gas Pistons:
Replaced All gas pistons in all fish boxes and storage bins in 2020.
Toilet / Head:
New macerator pump in 2020.
Port/Starboard in-floor fish boxes:
Replaced both macerator pumps (located in the transom) in 2020.
Added tri-color courtesy lights in 2020 (red/blue/white)
Added two Standard Horizon fixed mount VHF radios and two independent antennas for redundancy.
New Horn in 2020.
Stereo and Remote Deck Head:
New Fusion stereo and a remote fusion stereo station on the helm in 2019.
New Fusion Signature Series 3 Speakers in Spring 2021. 6.5” Marine Coaxial Speakers with CRGBW LED Lighting (Speakers are installed and working; however, I have not yet run separate wiring to power the LED Lighting). Professionally installed by CMI Electronics.
Replaced original electronics with dual Raymarine ES127/ES128 displays as well as a 1,000-watt thru-hull transducer, chirp, down vision, etc. All professionally installed by CMI Electronics.
New Raymarine Radar dome.
Sirius Weather Receiver (SR 150) installed May 2021 so that Sirius Marine Weather is compatible with Raymarine Displays. Professionally installed by CMI Electronics.
New bilge pump forward and aft in 2017/2018.
Helm Switch Panels:
Replaced all toggle switch panels including the board that they are set in with original OEM switch panels. They were all faded and now look brand new. The toggleable portion was replaced, the back-end electrical components were not. 2019.
Mercury Vesselview 502 Installed ($2,000 upgrade) in 2019.
New Mercury Start/Stop ignition switches 2019.
Had P&G Canvas fashion a helm seat cover, a helm cover, a forward seat cover, and a new life vest holder which fastens to the T-top. All black canvas.
New circle access plates were installed in 2019.
Forward Port / Starboard Navigation Lights:
Preventatively replaced with new bulbs in 2019 (red and green)
Bow and Forward Seating Cushions:
New bow and forward seating cushions in 2018.
Fuel Senders / Relay:
New on each tank in 2018.
Added a second recessed compartment and replaced the original existing compartment – the boat now has dual fire extinguishers – one port and one starboard. 2018.
Freshwater / Raw Water / Live Well Pumps:
All replaced preventatively with new pumps in 2018/2019.
Forward Fish-box Macerator Pump:
Replaced in 2019. (Note: the dates on some of the pumps may be older but those are the date of manufacture and may have been sitting on the distributor's shelves but these were replaced with new pumps)
