"OMO" is a clean nicely equipped example of a Caterpillar C12, Powered 40 CABO. It appears the owners have taken care of the boat from the engine room up. The tower on the "OMO" has been customized to allow the owner to come and go at any tide at Palm Beach County’s, Boynton Beach Inlet which has a Vertical Clearance Closed of 18’. Great pains were taken in maintaining the lines of the tower so as not to disturb the appearance of the boat. The boat’s hull was repainted Yellow. The Seller of the "OMO" will consider a Middle 30s’ center console with a cuddy forward…as a trade.
From Helm deck down to Salon, with convertible settee to starboard and a Rod Locker/foul weather gear, above the settee is a shear locker for more storage, on the opposite side of the companionway steps is the much admired CABO Electrical panel, above the electric panel is a TV across to port is an open and well-equipped galley, aft in on the port side is the Head with enclosed stall shower. In the middle of the salon sole is a large below deck bilge locker. Forward of the Salon is the Stateroom, with center line bed; port and starboard shear lockers setup for rod storage, overhead hatch, two hanging lockers, above the starboard hanging locker is the 2nd TV, drawers are located in the foot of the bed. The cabin sole is generally teak and holly and in good condition.
The quality of the interior appointments live up to the CABO standards and the interior of the yacht has been reasonably used and maintained.

Bridge Deck – Helm: located 3-steps up from cockpit; protected by wrap around glass windshield with aluminum frame, manual side openings and electric center vent and windshield wipers; from the hardtop to the windshield is a wraparound Eisenglass enclosure, with roll-up windows and a rollup entrance from the cockpit. The air conditioned helm deck features a STIDD Helmsman Chair and STIDD companion chair, a sliding door to the accommodations below, a cabinet to starboard with ice maker, storage, and tackle storage. To port is a L-Shaped lounge that is extended with a removable “filler piece” and a table. There is storage under the lounge cushions; Electric Micro Touch US9 Teaser reels recessed into the hardtop above Bridge Deck Helm Station with engine controls and electronics. The helm deck has a center hatch to access the engine room and the Helm Deck is raised by a hydraulic ram to allow “total access”.
On the right side of the air conditioned Helm deck is a FBG cabinet with tackle drawers, storage and ice maker.
Aft and down to the Cockpit: Tackle Center-Storage, bait prep, freezer, sink; ice box; shore power cord starboard, port and starboard cockpit locker with power supply-electric reels, a Teak Rocket launcher with drawer and SS Pedestal, Live Well with window, transom door, coaming pads, Fresh and Raw water washdowns; Transom door – boarding ladder; Two fish boxes with macerator - port fish box with chill plate; Lazarette with access to fuel tank and fuel fill; Hardtop to transom Full cockpit cover.

New canvas covers (rocket launcher and tower console); Rebuilt steering ram, new seals. Replaced cutlass bearings.
