Punchlist Since Purchase

• All of the following maintenance has been done by the current owner in 2021.

• Four DEKA 8G8D batteries for the house

• Four 4D AGM engine cranking batteries

• New Victron Centaur 24/30-3 Battery Charger

• CAT Dealer was hired to survey the CAT 3406E’s and they recommended all of the following work.

• Starboard engine received: Replaced turbo, replaced aftercooler, and replaced fuel injectors. CAT inspected the fuel lines, fuel pumps, Racor units and all the sensors. New cylinders kits, new cylinder heads. CAT defines this work as their "complete engine overhaul."

• Port engine was surveyed and received: Replaced fuel injectors, replaced aftercooler, to be installed in 2022.

Forward Deck

• Large forward deck area with nice wide gunnels for safe passage. Easy to get to run lines and work ground tackle. It has large sun pad with a cover as well.

• Shaded aft deck has a good-looking teak deck underfoot and comfortable seating area. There is attractive LED courtesy lighting and easy to manage stair access up to the flybridge or down to the swim platform.

Flybridge

The bridge has smart seating and a rarely found sunning area forward of helm. The helm has updated electronics, bow thruster plus good visibility. The hardtop and enclosure with guest seating with a table make this and incredible safe place to entertain while cruising or at the dock.
