2001 75 Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht – Haggis XV is an exceptional yacht. The 75 Hatteras CPMY design is one of the most successful ever built with beautiful lines, a superb layout, and extended cruising capabilities. Her history is all freshwater until her present owner brought her to Florida in the Fall of 2020 with the brief exception of her maiden cruise to Michigan from the factory.
In short, she is immaculately clean in every corner, exceptionally well equipped, with excellent maintenance under the care of an extremely knowledgeable owner and his equally knowledgeable Captain who have been together on the last several boats. (Note: this is the 15th of this owner's boats named Haggis).
When on the Great Lakes, she was lightly used and stored each winter in a heated shed. It is safe to say that this is an outstanding yacht in all respects, most probably the best one anywhere. There are less than 2400 hours on the CAT 3412E that have been under the care of Tim Caruso, (certainly, one of the world’s finest CAT surveyors,) ever since the owner purchased the boat.
