History of Spencer Yachts
Spencer Yachts was started by Paul Spencer in 1996 and continued by his son Daniel Spencer. The company builds custom Carolina flared performance sport fishing yachts with world class style and cutting-edge ideas pushing Spencer among the top of the custom builders. Spencer yachts are true North Carolina customs with large bow flare and modern styling. Most of the builds depending on the customer are created to be fast boats. The hulls are cold molded epoxy construction and finished on top with an amazingly high-quality top end with elegant designs and finishes found all around the boat. Spencer builds are knowns for their performance to be as good as they look with all finished yachts delivered to happy customers. Each Spencer is different in its own way but have some of the same characteristics such as being very dry boats with large cockpits and a lot of storage especially for fishing gear.

37
The 37 is an outboard engine model with great lines and high speeds while maintaining comfort and stability. The 37 has a lot of tackle room below as well as a head with shower and sleeping accommodations. This model can reach 50 MPH speeds and can be used as a serious offshore vessel.
60
The 60 model looks great sitting at the doc, but even better cruising 40 through large choppy seas. The 60 and all spencer models as they get bigger and heavier they can also handle the roughest of seas. The inside of the 60 is extremely welcoming with L couch seating, nice galley, and plenty of sleeping including an appealing master forward. The layout was well thought out on this boat including the bridge with friendly seating for all.
70
The 70 model has outstanding performance, especially in rough seas remaining dry. Spencer builds are custom, but most 70 builds have an excessive amount of teak throughout and a large cockpit couch. Inside u shaped seating and a gallet can be found before pushing underneath to the 3 staterooms with bunk room. This model has a great amount of tackle storage and rides very nicely from the bridge.
