Southport boats started in 2003 but was rebranded and moved to their 52000 square foot Augusta Maine facility in 2011. The company is run by Raymond Hunt who has been developing the company with bigger models developing new innovative strategies in the market. Each boat is made from a vacuum infusion pre-fab molded fiberglass and filled with foam for floatation and vibration reduction. The company offers 27 to 33-foot models that are known for a soft ride and fishability. The models come in family or tournament editions for a nice family day on the water or serious offshore angling. Southport uses top quality molds that are inspected and repaired to create the best hulls possible. The building process includes infusion and grid installation before wiring and finishes. All Southport models are great smooth riding options with plenty of their own ideas added into a nice hull to finish it off. Southport boats have lines that are easily recognizable with a nice flare for offshore ocean conditions. with light hulls and outboard power options Southport boats are able to deliver high speed performance.

292
The 292 is a center console with a great look and ride. The boat features plenty of seating with a forward table. This model has both family comfort and offshore fishability with a bait prep station, head, and spacious storage. The boat performs well up to speeds around 60 MPH.
33DC
The 33 is a dual console model with the ability to do a variety of things. The 33 is capable of a day on the water of cruising and relaxation or hardcore fishing. This model is great for long trips with a great amount of seating everywhere around the boat and a table both forward and inside. The open concept layout is awesome with modern helm station. The large windshield splits with berth on one side and head on the other side of the cabin below.
33ST
The 33 is the sport tower model for serious offshore fishing. This model delivers a seriously smooth ride in rough seas. The boat can be pushed with triple outboard to great speeds with stability efficiency. The 33 remains dry is chop with great bow flare and head turning lines of the deep v hull and moderate deadrise. The tackle station and 450-mile range make this boat a fishing machine.
