The Viking 80 Sky Bridge, simply put, is the best of all worlds. The dynamic team at the Viking Yacht Company never ceases to amaze anyone with their spectacular achievements across the entire sportfish range. The positioning of the deckhouse, enclosed bridge, and sky bridge is artfully fused together for an exceptional result that allows owners to enjoy the openness of the ocean, as well as the comfort of the interior without sacrificing the exterior lines.
This 80 Skybridge is a sibling model to the 80 Convertible and 80 Enclosed Bridge.

SKYBRIDGE
The open air, the unmatched visibility all around, the experience of being high above the water, and all within total control of this magnificent sportfish; this is a captain's dream. The Sky Bridge features a raised centerline helm with two Release Marine chairs for a comfortable ride. All controls and electronics are in easy reach of the captain.
Guests on the Sky Bridge can enjoy the comfortable J-shaped couch forward of the helm that is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the views. There is also an insulated cooler for cold drinks, freshwater sink, and lots of storage throughout the Sky Bridge so multiple trips up and down to different levels is not necessary.
ENCLOSED BRIDGE
For foul weather fishing or just to escape the heat from the day, the enclosed bridge helm offers an air-conditioned oasis with a view. Ascending into the enclosed bridge from an interior staircase in the salon, guests are greeted with a corner couch portside that can easily seat 5-6 guests. A dining table completes the corner area and is across from a flat screen television.
The interior helm is reminiscent of a spaceship control center. The black wrap-around windshield offers excellent visibility, while also providing a sleek look to the exterior. The captain has multiple large, flatscreen monitors with all electronics and controls installed by Viking subsidiary AME. A single Release Marine helm chair is center for the captain and there are two loveseats nearby, port and starboard.
COCKPIT & MEZZANINE
As with all Viking sportfish, the cockpit leaves nothing to be desired for the serious angler. This generous space measures 217 square feet giving the angler and crew plenty of room to maneuver around each other during an intense battle. Everything needed for offshore tournament fishing is here including livewells, insulated fishboxes, a transom door, and dedicated tackle storage. Even the base of the cockpit compartments are floating, which leaves room for a toe kick for easier access when opening the lids in a sea way. Additionally, there is a dedicated space for a Seakeeper gyro.
The mezzanine provides a comfortable shaded area for watching the action unfold in the cockpit. The overhang blocks the sun while A/C vents provide bursts of cool air to the onlookers. There is a coolbox underneath one of the seats which gives everyone easy access to cold drinks during a longer fight.
SALON & GALLEY
After entering through the actuated door from the cockpit, the salon greets you as if you've entered into a luxury motor yacht. A massive U-shaped couch is portside that can easily seat 7-8 guests and has a large teak dining table centered. An additional, moveable chair can be positioned for an extra guest to join the conversation. The interior walls are lined with large windows and rich, glossy wood for a luxurious ambiance.
Moving forward from the salon seating area is the fully equipped galley and dining table. The dining space is starboard side and can easily fit 6 guests, while the galley bar also has 3 stools that can turn and face the dining area. The galley has beautiful countertops, high-end appliances, and plenty of storage space for supplies. Viking's commitment to quality is evident in every space on board, even down to the smallest details in food preparation. No one wants a hungry crew competing in a tournament! Forward of the galley is the companionway to the lower deck.
LOWER DECK ACCOMMODATIONS
The Viking 80 Sky Bridge features a 5 stateroom, 5 head layout on the lower deck. The master suite is farthest aft and stretches the entire beam of the yacht. The large berth is center and has storage space underneath. There is a sitting area for reading, as well as a vanity space and large closets for storage. The en suite bathroom consists of his-and-hers sinks and walk-in shower.
Two guest bedrooms feature large double beds with en suite bathrooms, closets, televisions, and storage. The fourth and fifth guest staterooms feature over/under bunks. The fifth guest cabin, also dedicated for crew, shares a guest head located in the companionway.
POWER OPTIONS
Engine options on the Viking 80 SB range from 1925MHP up to 2635MHP for those that want more power. The standard base engine package includes the Caterpillar C-32A 1925MHP engines that will give the 80 a nice cruising speed. CAT C-32B 2025MHP is the next step up for owners that want the Caterpillar brand.
Viking is also offering the MTU Series 2000 V12 or V16 engines. The V12 is a 2002MHP option, while the V16 is the largest engine option at 2635MHP's.
