The Scout 305 LXF is a stunning 30-foot center console fishing boat crafted by legendary builder Scout Boats. First introduced in 2020, the firm continues to produce new, customizable units that deliver family fun and fishing power in equal measure. Safe and simple to board and disembark thanks to a fully-walkable Esthec transom, the 305 LXF is an exceptionally inviting boat with an integrated dive ladder and a boarding door leading to the aft deck, which features in-built, discreet storage throughout, such as a baitwell beneath the comfortable transom seat and in-floor fishboxes that can be found to port and starboard. Standard features of the deluxe leaning post include a further baitwell, tackle drawers, tool storage and rod holders, a freshwater sink, a cutting board and a slide out YETI cooler.
At the helm, a T-top hardtop with a glass enclosure offers protection from the spray and wind while still retaining a connection with the elements. Fold-down bolster seats facilitate multiple piloting styles, allowing captain and mate to sit or stand comfortably at the helm. A bow eye camera offers unparalleled visibility when docking or pulling anchor. A Fusion Bluetooth Stereo System with 8 JL 7.7-inch speakers will help you set the mood, while dual Garmin 8612 displays, a compass, and optional VHF radio will help you stay the course.
The 305 LXF is the only 30-foot boat in its class to offer an inner console berth down below, allowing users to extend their time out on the water in comfort. The fully-cushioned berth has access to a head and a sink with a Corian vanity and mirror, perfect for resting and freshening up before your next excursion.
Scout offers a range of engine options on this boat, from a pair of Yamaha 300s with max speeds of 60.5MPH and a cruising speed of about 29MPH to sporty dual Mercury 400s, which reach up to 63.2MPH and boast an impressively fuel-efficient 22.4 gallons-per-hour cruising speed of 35.1MPH.
