SUMMARY

The evolution of the Prestige Yachts flybridge range continues with the F4, a new generation F-line model in the range. The Prestige Yachts shipyard certainly has an abundance of experience and customer feedback with over 40 models produced to date, thus the F4 should be a culmination of the years of tweaks and improvements.

As you would expect, Prestige has given us more of everything we want in a luxury flybridge - more space, more light, more storage, better performance, and of course, more fun. There really is no vast departure from the foundation that made the Prestige flybridge line so popular to boaters all over the world. Prestige has made several innovative changes to the new F4 including:

A DYNAMIC EXTERIOR DESIGNED FOR FUN

Prestige employed the world-renowned Michael Peters Yacht Design for the new F-line series, a move that has resulted in a distinguished and accentuated hull shape that has a higher bow. If you're resting comfortably under the canopy on the bow sunpads with a cocktail, you will appreciate the stability that this new design brings. 

The F4 has maximized each outdoor area for socializing, sunbathing, and conversing with friends. Beginning aft, the Iro-deck bathing platform creates a wonderful launch point for snorkeling and cannon balls. It's wide enough for sunbathing at the water's edge, features a hot/cold shower, and a stainless steel ladder for easy boarding.

Moving up to the cockpit, Prestige has made a simple, yet impactful change, by facing two sofas port and starboard instead of fore and aft, with the table in between. This allows everyone enjoying an al fresco lunch to have more of a water view instead of facing the doors to the salon. This is an option and a more traditional L-shaped sofa configuration is available. There is a stainless steel ladder to the flybridge along with built-in storage space under the flybridge stairs. LED lighting and speakers will keep the mood right for you and your favorite guests.

The flybridge is certainly a focal point of the F4 and the nearly 15-foot beam has given Prestige a wide platform to create a fantastic outdoor living area. From steering the F4 from the flybridge helm, to sunbathing on the over-sized sunpad (that has a weighted backrest), to enjoying dinner under the stars, it's easy to see why this is often the most enjoyed area on a yacht. The F4 flybridge also has a fully-equipped galley.

For a change of scenery outdoors, move forward to the bow lounge area. A great place to enjoy the sun and the view at anchor at during a slow cruise, the bow area features an over-sized sunpad with a canopy for shade when desired.

YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Garroni Design has once again created an opulent interior with soft fabrics, sculpted woodwork, stone accents, and a wealth of natural light. The new Ocean View galley features a Corian countertop with sink and 3-zone cooktop that faces the cockpit, making it both easy to serve guests outdoors and providing the chef with excellent views. The flooring throughout the galley and the salon is Fortezza.

Beyond the galley, the salon and dining areas are inviting and offer maximum comfort. Large windows line the hull sides for incredible ocean views and the comfortable u-shaped sofa provides a delightful conversation area, complete with a pedastal, folding cocktail table.

Forward in the interior of the main deck is the helm station. Prestige has incorporated the latest electronics and technology for safe, informed navigation. The Prestige SEANAPPS technology is a dedicated mobile app that comes standard on the F4, allowing the owner to monitor engine data, battery level, water level, fuel level, schedule maintenance services, log your trip, and access technical documents. The interior helm station is on a raised platform for improved visibility. Sliding windows have also been used in the salon that, with the cockpit door open, provide a flowing breeze throughout the interior.

A SERENE NIGHT'S SLEEP BELOW DECK

If your Prestige F4 is going to be your luxury home on the water, the peacefulness of a good night's sleep is a necessity. The F4 has a 3-cabin layout with an optional captain's quarters aft near the engine room. The owner's suite is located forward on a semi-raised level and includes sound insulation for the ultimate restful experience. The master cabin also features large, panoramic side windows, a king-sized berth, walk-in closet with shelving, 3 skylights, sofa, reading area, and a beautiful private bathroom. With over 6 1/2 feet of headroom and the natural light emanating from the skylights and windows, you'll never feel as if you are in the 'belly of the ship'.

The VIP stateroom is nearly as spacious and inviting as the master, featuring a double bed, large closet with shelves, additional storage, and an en suite private bathroom. The guest room is perfect for a third couple or kids that come along for the trip. It features two single berths, window with opening porthole for ventilation, and a large closet with shelving. The third guest stateroom shares a bathroom with the VIP, however does not have the private entrance.

Volvo Penta is widely known as the most popular engine for this style of luxury flybridge cruising yachts due to their reduced vibrations and fuel efficient performance. The Prestige F4 will feature twin Volvo IPS650 480HP engines that effortlessly cruise at 22 knots. Here are a few other mechanical and equipment features:
